- What’s the main concept of The Oyster Shed?
The Oyster Shed is about giving our customers an experience they won’t forget, by offering seating right on the banks of the beautiful Clyde river our customers can enjoy the freshest and best quality oysters or enjoy a coffee whilst watching the dolphins play
2. What are the best parts about your job?
The best part about my job is not one day is ever the same one minute I will be opening oysters or working on the leases the next I will be serving customers and making coffee. I also get to work in the most beautiful part of the world.
3. What do you love most about living on the South Coast?
I love living on the south coast as we have an amazing coastline pristine beaches and most of all the freshest seafood.
4. What’s your favourite way to enjoy oysters?
My favourite way to enjoy oysters is opening them fresh out of the water or with a dash of wasabi balsamic
5. Your go-to coffee?
My go to coffee is a latte or in summer nothing beats an iced latte
